The brand's new product is being tested by company employees and will soon be available to the public.

Apple employees who have signed up for the beta test of the Apple card are starting to get the news. The Apple Card was a feature originally announced at the Apple event in March, along with services such as Apple TV + and Apple News +. This is the company's latest foray into the credit card industry, which is being partnered with Goldman Sachs, which is also new to the consumer finance industry.

Apple claims the Apple Card has a minimalist titanium design, and weighs about 14.75 grams, according to the iMore channel. In front of the card is the customer's name, an Apple logo and a chip. The back features a standard credit card banner, the Goldman Sachs and MasterCard logos. The Apple Card comes in a white cover and a multicolor pattern inside.

It is worth noting that the physical card does not have a specific number on the front or the back, which Apple says to "offer a new level of security". The actual number can only be accessed by the Wallet app on iOS.

One of its differentials is a rewards system, which offers great returns on purchases at the Apple Store. When you buy branded products from physical stores, iTunes, App Store and more, you'll earn 3% back. Every time you buy something using Apple Pay, you get 2% back, and all other purchases will generate 1%. The service also offers an annual fee.

It is not yet known how the approval system will work when applying for a card, but a source quoted in the iMore report said that someone with a credit score between 600 and 700 was approved for the Apple card but with a credit line of only $ 1,000.

The Apple Card will be released to the public in the coming months. Apple retailers, senior level, and Goldman Sachs employees are currently testing the card. The product will likely be released in conjunction with iOS 12.4, which has the updated Apple Wallet app. Finally, the report says that after approval, you can access the Apple virtual card immediately and the company will ship your titanium card in a week or two.
